Today is my birthday, yet again somehow. Here’s my post from last year.
I am really, really lucky to be celebrating amidst a time when everything is ok for all of my friends and my family. Being surrounded by them is what makes me happiest for my birthday, and I’m going to be spending a bunch of time with friends and also running a 5k with the whole fam on Saturday.
For my birthday, I solicited some advice:

Happy birthday! I wish you all those boring (but important) birthday things Russian relatives tend to wish upon us all on our birthdays. Except the husband, since you already have and any more would just be greedy. Also way too much work.
And don’t forget, early accomplishment tends not to end badly, especially if you’re M. Definitely stick to beaching it.
